Resident Manager

Living on the property is a resident manager. This person will run the day to day operations of the property and to assist your housing needs. They will also appoint a student as staff assistant. Please see the manager for details if interested.

Office hours are from 9:00am to 4:00 pm Tuesday-Friday. Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The office is closed on Sunday and Monday but the student assistant will be available. Voice mail is available and will be picked up everyday.

The “Community Room” is open everyday from 8:00am to 9:00pm. The hot tub is open from noon until 9:00 pm. The 9:00 closure times are firm with no exceptions.

The rules of the property are listed under the “Student Code Of Conduct” and the manager will enforce all rules according to the student code of conduct agreement.
